Research Experience for Undergraduates

DESSA: Publications

Our program aims to provide a unique training experience for undergraduates, fostering the development of highly educated and well-connected professionals. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with multiple mentors and learn how research is implemented at different universities. Considering that all mentors have an extensive track record, it is expected for participants to actively engage in their project and become co-authors of scientific publications.

Participants are required to acknowledge financial support from the grant by including the following statement in all posters, presentations, and publications derived form their REU work: “Authors acknowledge the financial support from NSF, via the REU Program (CHE 2446835).”

We do not have publications from this award yet. In the meantime, these are some of the most recent publications originated form the previous award.
