These trainings are offered by the Center for Transformational Mentorship at Clemson University. This center aims to develop skills to enhance the relationship between mentors and mentees and is based on the training by the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER). Meeting the guidelines set forth by various government agencies for training grants, they offer:
- Faculty Mentoring: which focuses on mentorship training for faculty and post-docs
- Graduate Student Mentoring: provides mentorship training for graduate students
- Resources from the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER)
- Resources & Templates for completing federal training grants, Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) documents, and other research-integrity focused efforts that require best practices in mentoring
