Dr. Gomez graduated with a BS in Chemistry (2009) and a PhD in Chemistry (2015) from the National University of San Luis, Argentina under the supervision of Dr. María Fernanda Silva. Currently, he is an independent researcher (CONICET) working on the development and characterization of portable electrochemical sensors for food-related compounds. Dr. Gomez is also an expert on the design and application of natural deep eutectic solvents (NADES), one of the hottest issues in the field of green analytical chemistry.
