Dr. Christopher Cooper got his BS from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María (Valparaíso, Chile) in 2009, and MS and PhD from Boston University, in 2012 and 2015, respectively, all in Mechanical Engineering. He then moved back to Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María as an Instructor, and is now an Assistant Professor in the same institution. His research group works on the development of numerical algorithms for fast and accurate simulations in molecular solvation, using implicit-solvent models.
