For individuals seeking equity for women in science, engineering, technology and math, AWIS provides career development, networking, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
Supported by the Division of Inclusion and Equity, this fellowship aims to support the institutional goal to increase the enrollment and retention of underrepresented domestic doctoral students of color who are pursuing the professoriate.
The National Science Foundations’ Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP) program provides full financial support to a cohort of 12 incoming underrepresented Ph.D. students enrolled in select programs in the College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences (CECAS) or the College of Science.
