Bio Sketch
I am originally from Greenville, South Carolina. I attended Stetson University where I graduated in 2025 with my bachelor’s degree in molecular and cellular biology. As an undergraduate I conducted research identifying the afferent projections to the gustatory cortex in response to bitter taste stimuli. During my time as an undergraduate I also worked as a plasma phlebotomist. Currently I am a first-year PhD student in the Biological Sciences Department, where I am a part of the Feliciano lab.
Research interests
My research interests include molecular, cellular, and developmental neurobiology. My current research will be conducted under Dr. Feliciano and will focus on studying tuberous sclerosis complex connectomics.
