Biosketch
I am a third-year Ph.D. student in Genetics at Clemson under the direction of Dr. Liangjiang Wang. I graduated in May 2023 with my B.S. in BioEngineering from the University of Maryland, College Park (UMD). During my time at UMD, I was a Bioengineering Departmental Honors researcher in Dr. Jeffery Klauda’s Laboratory of Molecular and Thermodynamic Modeling, an Undergraduate Teaching Fellow for Synthetic Biology, and an intern at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory.
Research Interests
My dissertation research is centered around leveraging multi-omics, machine learning, and data science approaches to link molecular signature patterns to mechanisms of human adaptation during spaceflight.
