Biosketch
I earned my BS in Bioengineering from Sichuan University of Science & Engineering and MS in Biology from Tianjin Normal University when I started my research on Bioinformatics and Machine Learning. In the spring of 2024, I began studying under Dr. Mukhtar and focus on protein-protein interactions of Arabidopsis. Out of scholar life, I enjoy my time with video games and art works.
Research interests
My research mainly focuses on the prediction of protein-protein interactions with machine learning models, this work will be conducted under Dr. Mukhtar at the department of genetics & biochemistry. Our goal is to build a precise model for Arabidopsis and reconstructed its PPI network for fundamental studies, furthermore we hope this method can extend to other species as well for more wise and general purposes.
