A multinuclear, two-channel NMR spectrometer designed for high-resolution solid-state studies with Magic Angle Spinning (MAS) operates at a proton frequency of 500 MHz (B₀ = 11.75 T). The system is equipped with a 3.2 mm iProbe CPMAS optimized for fast MAS (up to 24 kHz) and high sensitivity in rigid solids, as well as a 4 mm iProbe HRMAS specialized for analyzing inhomogeneous and semi-solid samples. Both probes feature Auto Tune and Match (ATM) capability with a tuning range covering ¹H, ¹⁹F, and X-broadband nuclei (³¹P–¹⁵N), along with variable-temperature operation from 253 K to 353 K.
The instrument is controlled using TopSpin 4.5 software, offering an extensive suite of tools for data collection, processing, and analysis.
