Jerisa Pimentel

Jerisa a rising senior undergraduate pursuing a BS degree in chemistry (Latin American, Caribbean, and Latino Studies minor) at Gettysburg College. Jerisa is mostly interested in organic chemistry with some interest in nanotechnology and atmospheric and green chemistry. Jerisa’s long term goal is to work in a laboratory for a pharmaceutical or cosmetics company and then possibly pursue a Master’s. Jerisa is also interested in moving discussion about the decolonization of Western knowledge forward, enjoys tending to plants, listening to music, and watching movies.
