Grayson Weavil

Grayson is from Kernersville, North Carolina and is currently a first-year student at Wake Forest University. Here, she is pursuing a Chemistry major with a concentration in Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Discovery with a minor in mathematics. After graduation, she plans to attend pharmacy school to obtain a PharmD or attend graduate school to pursue a Ph.D. in biochemistry. At Wake, she is involved in Wake Women Lead, WFU Project Pumpkin, Momentum Hip Hop Dance Group, and RUF. She is eager to begin her research journey and is looking forward to the summer.

This summer, Garyson will be working under the supervision of Dr. Garcia and Dr. Sachdeva.
