Former group members

Aislinn earned her bachelor’s in chemistry with a minor in Spanish from Lander University, located in Greenwood, SC. During her senior year at Lander, she worked with analytical professor Dr. Dukes and biochemistry professor Dr. Whitney Craig on determining the binding strength of metal-indicator complexes using colorimetric indicators. She received the “best oral speaker for chemical sciences” award for this work. She joined us as a student in our PhD program and a TA for general chemistry but decided to pursue other career opportunities.
