Ralph Aderorho, Graduate Research Assistant
Ralph successfully defended his Ph.D. dissertation in December 2024 and will graduate in May 2025. Meanwhile, he has accepted a position as an Analytical Chemist at Tessera Therapeutics.
Ralph Aderorho graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria where he worked on “The inhibitive effect of delonix regia extract on copper using nitric acid”. He then completed a Masters of Science in Chemistry from Sheffield Hallam University, England, United Kingdom where he worked on “The synthesis and characterization of selenium nanoparticles”. His Ph.D. research focused on “Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of New Psychoactive Substances and Related Metabolites using Liquid Chromatography-Ion Mobility-Mass Spectrometry (LC-IM-MS)”.
