Hannah is a junior at Clemson University pursuing her BS in Chemistry. Throughout the academic year, she works under Dr. Marcus’ and Dr. Sun’s in their labs, and she spent last summer working in Dr. Sun’s lab through the NASA SC Palmetto Grant Academy. Hannah is the President of the College of Science Student Advisory Board, working closely with the Dean and Associate Deans for the college. She was just recently awarded the Merck Index Award from the Department of Chemistry. She is excited to participate in this REU and work under Dr. Marcus working with analytical methods, specifically on a project titled “Automated, In-line HIC-ICP-MS Method for Metal Speciation and Quantification in CHO Cell Growth Processes”
