Walker Hodges
Walker will be developing collision-induced unfolding (CIU) methods for native/intact protein structural characterization using high-resolution Structures for Lossless Ion Manipulations (SLIM) ion mobility-mass spectrometry. This will include primarily analysis of well-defined standard proteins including ubiquitin, cytochrome C, and myoglobin, but with plans to expand to applications in anti-doping including for differentiation of natural and synthetic erythropoietins.
