I majored in Animal Breeding and Genetics during my master&#8217;s and focused on quantitative genetic analysis.<\/p>\n<p>2018- 2020: I completed my second master&#8217;s program at Norwegian University of Life Science where I studied the effect of epigenetic remodeling of chromatin on gene expression of salmon during smoltification.<\/p>\n<p>2021: In the spring, I joined Dr. Zhana Duren\u2019s lab at the Clemson Center for Human Genetics.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Research<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>My research interest is in the context specific gene regulatory network, especially genetic variants located on non-coding DNA that causing risk of disease.
