Biosketch<\/strong><\/p>\n

I completed my Master’s degree in information systems Engineering from the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Saitama University, Japan in 2022.<\/p>\n

In 2022, I joined Clemson University’s Center for Human Genetics as a graduate student under the mentorship of Dr. Zhana Duren. My research focus at Clemson University revolves around drug addiction and gene regulation.<\/p>\n

Research<\/strong><\/p>\n

My main motivation is to apply mathematical and engineering principles to biology. During my time at Saitama University, I worked on studying the structure of gene regulatory networks. Currently, at Clemson University, my research involves understanding the relationship between genetic variants and disease-associated cells. Additionally, I am actively engaged in studying drug addiction and its underlying mechanisms.<\/p>\n
