Do not pay unless your reservation has been confirmed and you have a payment due date. Online payment with a credit card is preferred. Payment in full is due three weeks prior to your lab.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Fees are non-refundable.<\/em> If a schedule conflict arises, reservations may be rescheduled within the same academic session with a two-week advance notice. The Center will reschedule with less notice if school is canceled due to weather or a similar unforeseen circumstance. If Clemson University is closed due to weather, the Science Outreach Center will not open and your laboratory field trip will be rescheduled. Contact us at 864-656-9976 to confirm weather conditions and lab hours on the morning of your trip if you have questions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To allow us to properly plan and prepare for your laboratory, <em>you must notify us of any change to the number of students confirmed in your original reservation two weeks prior to your trip<\/em>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Credit card payments are the preferred method of payment. If you need to pay by check, request an invoice and mail the check to the address that is on the invoice.
