Do not pay unless your reservation has been confirmed and you have a payment due date. Online payment with a credit card is preferred. Payment in full is due three weeks prior to your lab.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Fees are non-refundable.<\/em> If a schedule conflict arises, reservations may be rescheduled within the same academic session with a two-week advance notice. The Center will reschedule with less notice if school is canceled due to weather or a similar unforeseen circumstance. If Clemson University is closed due to weather, the Science Outreach Center will not open and your laboratory field trip will be rescheduled. Contact us at 864-656-9976 to confirm weather conditions and lab hours on the morning of your trip if you have questions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To allow us to properly plan and prepare for your laboratory, <em>you must notify us of any change to the number of students confirmed in your original reservation two weeks prior to your trip<\/em>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]If you are unable to pay by credit card, we do accept checks.
